Behind this story are Teresa and Jacek Bonieccy. Since 2015, we have been consistently building a space rooted in passion, family values, and a love for Polish cuisine. Our vision – deeply grounded in tradition while open to modern influences – gives this place its unique character.
We draw inspiration from the heritage of Lower Silesia and the spirit of Polish hospitality, bringing them into a contemporary dimension. In our dishes, you will discover echoes of old recipes, the richness of local ingredients, and the subtlety of modern interpretation. It is a journey through Wrocław – from its historical roots to the vibrant energy of the city today.
We believe that true flavour comes from authenticity. That is why we work with seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers, creating cuisine that is honest, expressive, and full of character.
Our menu reflects the flavours that shape the identity of the region and revive memories of traditional Polish tables. We serve hekele — a traditional herring tartare, bold and full of character. You can also try Wrocław-style sweet bigos, prepared with red cabbage and three kinds of meat, surprising with its harmony of flavours. We also serve Silesian Heaven — a dish balancing sweetness and savoury richness in perfect harmony. Our pork schnitzel is fried in lard, making it crispy on the outside and juicy inside — exactly as remembered from home cooking.

A special complement to this story is our signature homemade liqueurs — crafted on-site according to our own recipes. They mature slowly, developing depth and aroma to capture in every glass the beauty of nature, time, and passion. Be sure to try our Breslauer Kümmel — a traditional caraway liqueur historically connected with Wrocław. Its distinctive, slightly spicy flavour can be surprising and perfectly complements the character of our cuisine.
