The History of Szewska Street
Wrocław does not tell its story directly. It must be felt – in the sound of the Oder River, in the shadows of historic townhouses, in the footsteps echoing across cobbled streets.
This is a city that has changed its face many times over the centuries, yet never lost its soul. Different influences and traditions meet here, and every era has left its mark, creating the city’s unique character.
One such place is Szewska Street.
Small in size, yet rich in meaning. Once bustling with the work of craftsmen, it was here that shoemakers created their goods, while the scent of leather mixed with the sounds of the city. It was a street of everyday life, encounters, and small stories that over time became part of Wrocław’s greater story.
Today, Szewska Street is still alive – different, yet filled with the same energy. It connects past and present, tradition and modernity, people from many different worlds.

It is here, surrounded by this history and urban rhythm, that our place was created.
We build it in the same way craftsmanship was once created – with care, patience, and dedication. Our cuisine is a heart on a plate – rooted in tradition, yet told anew. Every dish is like a fragment of the city itself: it has its own story, rhythm, and character.
And when the day slowly gives way to evening, another dimension of this story emerges – our signature homemade liqueurs. Crafted on-site and matured at their own pace, they capture the flavours of nature and time. Like Wrocław itself, they are deep, layered, and full of surprises.
Because this is where history meets the present. And Wrocław can not only be seen – it can also be tasted.
Welcome. Here, everything begins with the heart.
